For quite some time, Wilson has been regarded as the leader in the low compression golf ball market, and their latest release, the Duo Professional, seeks to reaffirm their place.
The Duo Professional is said to be the world’s softest 3-piece Urethane golf ball featuring an ultra-thin construction for improved feel and up to 10% more spin on iron shots, in an attempt to provide those soft-ball users with greater control around the greens.

The 60 Compression Duo Professional fits in above Wilson’s two other ball offerings, the 29 compression DX2 Soft and 40 compression DX3 Soft Spin, covering all bases for Wilson when targeting golfers seeking distance whilst retaining a soft feel on shorter shots.
The Duo Professional features a seamless 362 dimple pattern which is said to increase distance and ball flight control compared to other rival 3-piece balls on the market, whilst the Urethane cover is resistant to scuffs and scratches and optimises greenside spin for ultimate control.
Available from 3rd December at an RRP of £29.99 per dozen, the Duo Professional is available in a standard gloss white, or the bolder matte colours of green, yellow and orange for golfers who want to ensure that they, and their balls, stand out this winter.
