How? Schauffele holed a gutsy six-foot birdie putt on the 18th to win his first major, with a record score on an exciting final day at the US PGA Championship. The American held off a charging Bryson DeChambeau who shot 64 and back-in-form Viktor Hovland, to triumph on 21 under at Valhalla Golf Club, Kentucky.
It really was a major championship Sunday for the ages with Xander finally coming out on top on major Sunday!
