British golf trolley company Hill Billy has been manufacturing electric trolleys since 1992, focussing on producing robust, no-nonsense performance and value for money.
The 2015 Hill Billy model is no different with all the features designed to make using the trolley hassle-free to allow you to focus on enjoying your game.
A simple two-click, 3-way, folding system means that the trolley is easily transformed from it's compact folding profile and this is complemented by Hill Billy's Plug 'n' Play battery system that allows the battery to slot straight into place without any need for wires or connectors.
A nice feature of the batteries is that the charger recognises all of the brand's batteries so that if you fancy switching from a standard Lead Acid to a Lithium at any point there is no extra expense for a compatible charger.
There is a 4.5 kg difference in the weight of the batteries with the Lithium weighing just 2.3 kg and the standard a heavier 6.8 kg but even with the latter option the Hill Billy is still lightweight as the frame weights just 8.3 kg before the battery is added.
Unlike some control panels that are full of bells and whistles, the 2015 Hill Billy simply has a single stop/start button that also acts as the speed dial to control the 200 watt motor.
An adjustable handle means the trolley can be set up to suit all heights of player and the 2015 model comes in a choice of six colour trims to complement the black chassis: Orange, Pink, Blue, Red, Cool Grey, Green.
In October 2016 Hill Billy introduced a range of coloured wheel spokes meaning you can now colour co-ordinate your trolley's wheel to the coloured trims. Green, Blue, Grey, Orange, Pink and Red are available so you can also match them to Hill Billy's high performance cart bags.
The Hill Billy is available for just £259 with the standard Lead Acid battery or £359 with the Lightweight Long-Lasting Lithium battery option.
