Wilson Staff have created the FG Tour M3 driver with significant input from their top European Tour players such as Padraig Harrington and Paul Lawrie. The driver - "designed for accomplished" golfers - features Wilson's latest lightweight technology and adjustability.
The FG Tour M3 driver, in addition to the entire M3 range of woods and hybrids, features Wilson's Multi-Fit System. The system allows players to customise both the weight and loft of their clubs to maximise club head speed and spin rate, thus improving distance.

The M3 is Wilson Staff's first adjustable driver and features six different loft settings from 8.5 to 11.5 degrees. Using a wrench, players can easily remove the clubhead from the shaft, choose from one of the six lofts highlighted on the new adjustable hosel.
Beyond the loft adjustability, Wilson have designed three interchangable sole weights. Weighing 3, 7 and 11 grams, the weights can be screwed into the sole of the driver to customise the clubhead weight to your swing.

The matte-black finish at address appears more compact due to it's 460cc, Tour-preferred pear shape and deep face. The club features varying thickness behind the face to improve ball speeds and a chemically-etched crown that helps redistribute weight and improve the sound at impact.
Wilson Golf's Global Director for R&D, Michael Vrska, credits their Tour players with the look and performance of the new driver. “The Tour players were instrumental in helping us dial in the look, feel, trajectory and specs for the clubs. They provide invaluable feedback that we can’t get from either robot testing or testing with amateur players, both of which we do a lot of."
"As more Tour players switch to lighter equipment, Wilson Staff R&D has shown that virtually all players from low handicappers to Tour Staff, will increase both distance and control by using ‘The Right Light’ Technology and applied to this range it optimises head, shaft and grip weight to improve performance."
