Who? 36 year-old New Zealander Ryan Fox.

What? The 2023 BMW PGA Championship, his fourth DP World Tour win.

Where? Wentworth Club, Virginia Water, Surrey.

How? Fox stole a shock victory after a sensational back nine at a rain-soaked Wentworth, despite making a triple-bogey 7 on the third hole of the day. Young star Ludvig Aberg started the day on top but struggled to a 4-over par 76, and it looked like Tyrrell Hatton was going to claim the title after opening up a five shot lead at one point, but Fox rallied with eight birdies to shoot 67, holing for a 4 on the last to pip Hatton by one stroke.
