The Callaway Diablo Edge hybrid is a club that has been designed to boost confidence.

The club looks and feels great when you’re addressing the ball and you can tell from the large head and offset hosel that this is a club that has been built to get the ball up in the air and moving forward. The feel at impact was also excellent although we did find the Diablo Edge’s sound just a touch too high pitched for our delicate ears!

Sound aside, however, this is a very forgiving club and will offer confidence and an added boost to any mid and lower handicappers who prefer the safety of a hybrid over a long iron.

After using a handfull of different hybrid clubs over the last few years including bafflers, Taylormade, and Mizunos, I wondered what the fuss was about hybrids. That was untill I got this club, a 21-degree stiff shaft Callaway Diablo Edge. It's fantastic and by far the best club in my bag. Easy to hit and nice high ball flight with plenty of carry. My only gripe is that 21 degree is lowest loft and would love this club in 17 or 18. As I dont use fairway woods the gap is a little big between hybrid and my Ping G20 driver.

Thinks it's a 3-wood, powerful and effective, eats yards.

Different shape to original Diablo..offset should prevent slice.

Better off centre performance - no one does forgiveness like Callaway.
