The Callaway Big Bertha Diablo Hybrids which incorporate VFT and S2H2 technology with the dual runner sole that was first introduced with the FT hybrids.

The dual runner sole allows golfers to use the hybrid from a variety of lies and helps to lower the leading edge of the club to make it much easier to find the large sweet spot.

The Diablo hybrid shares the same colour scheme as the Diablo woods, although it is not quite as visually striking. The clubhead is big enough to inspire confidence but not so large that it becomes distracting.

In our tests the Diablo hybrid performed well, particularly from the rough where the dual runner sole really comes into its own.

It feels lighter than some of its rivals and the sound is not quite as solid as some others, but this certainly doesn’t distract from the distance it delivers.

The Diablo hybrid is available in four lofts from 18 to 27 degrees and if you are a mid to high handicapper we would recommend trying it out.

Felt the sound could have been better but can't really argue with the performance. It'll satisfy you but it won't knock you out. Probably the weakest link in the Diablo chain. Not a bad club but not the best either.
