As one of the biggest brands in the Asian market over the last couple of decades, XXIO are now setting their sights on the US and Europe as they seek to provide golfers with premium, lightweight golf equipment.

For 2022, they have introduced the all-new XXIO 12, 12 Ladies, X (second generation) and Rebound Drive golf balls.

XXIO 12

The flagship range for XXIO in 2022, the new 12 woods and irons are designed to allow you to swing easy and strike it pure thanks to their lightweight and playable profiles.

XXIO 2022 Lineup

"Having a 20-year head start in lightweight technology has been a real plus for us. It has allowed our engineers to focus on incremental improvements and on technology that best accompany that performance. We are certain that our players will continue to see big advancements in performance and distance as soon as they hit XXIO 12."

Sean Hanafusa, CEO and Chairman, XXIO Europe.

Key Technologies:

  • ActivWing: Featured on the Driver, Fairway Woods and Hybrids, ActivWing stabilises the clubhead by altering aerodynamic forces at work in the first half of the downswing. The airfoil generates lift, guiding the club to its optimal impact angle for maximum speed and distance.

XXIO 2022 Lineup

  • Rebound Frame: On the woods, four alternating layers of stiff and flexible zones enhance overall COR. For the first time, XXIO 12 Drivers feature Rebound Frame with a Cup Face for ever more power on strikes across the face. On the irons, a thinner face allows the entire face to flex more extensively while grooves etched deeper into the interior of the iron body further enhance flex.

  • Flat Cup Face: To improve COR across the entire Cup Face, the face centre is larger and thinner. It increases ball speed and distance no matter where you strike the ball.

XXIO 2022 Lineup

  • Dual Speed Technology - A heavier clubhead and an extremely lightweight shaft work together to increase ball speed and swing speed at the same time, creating a multiplier effect that greatly increases your carry numbers.

  • Weight Plus - The proprietary design positions mass under your grip, behind your hands. This helps you find the ideal spot at the top of your swing and makes the downswing more consistent.

In addition to the new XXIO 12 range, there is also a new XXIO 12 Ladies range which has individually developed and engineered components which are tailored to the female golfer. It has modified shaft flex profiles, premium technologies and comes in two different colourways.

Available from 4th March, the XXIO 12 Range is available at the following prices:

Driver - £699 Fairway Woods - £469 Hybrids - £329 Irons - £220 (graphite) or £200 (steel) per club Five piece iron set (6/PW) - £1099 (graphite) or £999 (steel).

XXIO X

If you're a better player who doesn't struggle to generate plenty of club head speed, then the new X range has been designed specifically to pair the brand's lightweight designs with a higher natural swing speed to enhance distance and accuracy.

XXIO 2022 Lineup

"XXIO X has the DNA of every XXIO product - lightweight and easy to swing. However, it's tuned to the more accomplished player. More compact irons, lower spinning woods, and stiffer shafts make X a great choice for better players looking to increase their speed and experience the benefits of XXIO."

Joe Miller, European Product Manager, XXIO Europe.

XXIO Rebound Drive Golf Ball

The new Rebound Drive golf balls provide versatile performance that golfers demand, helping them to cope with the wide variety of different situations that face them during every round.

XXIO 2022 Lineup

The balls feature Rebound Frame Technology, separating areas with high and low rigidity to produce the optimal level of flex for higher initial ball speeds and providing a pure feel at impact.

They are available in White, Premium White, Lime Yellow and Premium Pink and are available from 4th March at £50 per dozen.
