Cobra's King Forged Tec Irons are now in their fourth generation and the latest iteration sees three new significant improvements made to ensure that they are sleeker and softer than ever.

Cobra King Forged Tec Irons 2022

A 5-step forged body and face, a sleeker topline with reduced offset, and a lighter and softer foam improve sound and feel, whilst the brand new Forged Tec X offers more forgiveness in a players' game-improvement shape.

The irons are designed to offer great looks, soft feel and precision for single digit to mid handicap golfers.

Cobra Forged Tec Irons

The Forged Tec irons fall into the immensely popular 'player's distance' category and are designed to suit golfers in the low to mid handicap range.

The latest update to the irons feature premium materials, a more precise forging process and a refined shape to deliver a compact iron that helps golfers to enjoy shot-making whilst also adding distance and forgiveness.

A new 5-step forging process usually reserved for Tour level irons helps to create the soft feel and precise shaping. There's a thinner topline and less offset than the previous version of the iron, creating a look preferred by better players at address.

A hollow body design is filled with a new lighter foam material to help promote distance whilst maintaining the desired sound and feel.

Each iron features a forged Pwrshell face to create maximum ball speed and an easy launch, whilst a 20g tungsten toe weight centres the CG perfectly behind the sweet spot for better feel with more stability on off-centre strikes.

Cobra Forged Tec One Length Irons

The Forged Tec One Length puts every iron in the set into a 7 iron configuration. This is said to promote a repeatable setup, posture and swing for more consistent results.

It reduces variables in posture and ball position to encourage golfers to strike the ball out of the middle and therefore achieve better accuracy when hitting into greens.

Cobra Forged Tec X Irons

The Forged Tec X is a more forgiving version of the Forged Tec, designed for mid to higher handicaps and slotting into a new category of 'player's game improvement irons'.

Cobra King Forged Tec Irons 2022

It features a lower CG design, lower profile, a slightly thicker topline and stronger lofts than the Forged TEC irons.

The Tec X has a hollow body and foam insert like the standard irons, but also includes 65g of tungsten to lower the CG and maximise stability for a higher launch which counteracts the stronger lofts.

The Forged Tec, Forged Tec One Length and Forged Tec X irons will be available from 29th April at the following prices:

Forged Tec: SSP £999 (4-PW)

Forged Tec One Length: SSP £999 (5-PW)

Forged Tec X: (4-PW & 5-GW)
