FootJoy's D.N.A. golf shoe broke the mould with its athletic styling when it was introduced at the beginning of 2014 and it has flourished ever since.
Standing for DryJoys Next Advancement, the shoe has proven popular with golfers across the age spectrum and for the first time it is now available through FootJoy's MyJoys customisation programme.
Through MyJoys golfers will be able to get their hands on the updated 2016 D.N.A three months ahead of it's availability at retail in early 2016, and of course take advantage of the myriad options that MyJoys brings in terms of personalisation, with 21,168 possible combinations for the D.N.A.
White, Black, Grey and Navy base leathers are complemented by a choice of 12 Saddle leathers, 49 Accent leathers and 9 different lace options. MyJoys also brings the benefit of the D.N.A. being available in 66 different size options with lengths between 5 and 15 and widths between Narrow and Extra Wide. Plus, as you'd expect from a company that consistently extols the benefits of getting properly fitted for shoes, using MyJoys means you can get a different size of shoe for each foot to ensure a perfect fit, comfort and performance.
In addition you can further personalise the shoes with flags, monogramming or a name or message of up to six letters, and FootJoy are even using a different version of the SnugFit Tongue for the MyJoy varient of the shoe to enhance aesthetics and co-ordinate with the overall look.
The latest version of the D.N.A. has been refreshed for 2016 and features a brand new upper design to complement the low profile look of the shoe as well as featuring a new Tornado by Softspikes TourLock cleat system, specifically designed to keep players as low to the ground as possible for added stability.
Add to that the performance features such as the 3D FoamCollar, the ChromoSkin full grain leather, Xtra-Thick FTF FitBed and NitroLast, and you have a comfortable, performance driven athletic golf shoe
that successfully propogates the D.N.A. of previous generations.
