The Yonex Nanospeed 3i driver features a square face that has been inspired by square headed tennis rackets and although this is distinctive it can’t really be seen at address.
The clubhead itself is quite small and rounded with quite a reflective black finish. Looks aren’t everything, of course, and your thoughts on the Yonex Nanospeed 3i will come down to personal preference.
The impact sound is a bit hollow because of the composite head and the head shape but performance wise we had few complaints. The ball flight was certainly as impressive as Yonex had promised and the ball travelled good distances on even the odd off centre hit which indicates that the Yonex Nanospeed 3i driver is certainly forgiving enough to inspire confidence on those all important tee shots.
