Sunice continues to push boundaries with its 2016/17 winter outerwear collection using new fabrics and techniques to optimise performance on the course.

The Sunice Zephal range has become a Tour favourite thanks to it being one of the lightest woven waterproof fabrics available on the market. Jackets in this range, such as the Carleton, deliver incredible performance with a Waterproof Rating of 10,000MM and Breathability of 10,000 MVT.

This means that the jacket can stand a pressure of 10,000 millimetres of water before it permeates through the fabric. To give this context wind driven rain exerts approximately 1,400 mm of pressure whilst hurricane force rain equates to around 7,000mm so you can be sure the Zephal range will keep you dry.

For 2017 Sunice has introduced a new laminate technology into the Zephal collection. The Jay jacket features a 2.5 stretch laminate which gives a 4-way stretch to ensure the swing is not hindered in anyway, giving unparalleled freedom of movement so you can play the shot you want without any restriction.

Sunice has also introduced a new Thermal collection that brings together several types of performance fabrics to deliver comfortable, warm, playable garments that are ideal for golfers who want to get out whatever the weather.

These garments use 3M Thinsulate which feels and performs like a natural down but has twice the loft when wet and is allergen free. Sunice use this technology in the Lincoln jacket for men and the Elsa for ladies, both of which also feature stretch panels for ease of movement, with the Elsa also incorporating a hood for ultimate warmth.

The collection is completed by a range of jackets incorporating Climaloft Thermal technology that are powered by your own body's heat. Climaloft uses a network of ultra-fine polyester fibres to trap warm air and keep your temperature regulated even if it is wet outside. The Huxley jacket for men and Christina jacket for ladies both have stretch panels that give full mobility, are lightweight even when wet and have a water repellent finish that make them perfect for 3 season play.
