Oscar Jacobson is well-renowned in the golf equipment world these days for the quality of it's products, and it's latest release for Spring Summer 2019 is set to be no different. The brand themselves state that the focus is on 'uncompromised quality in design and fabrics', and the new range will seek to provide both fashion and function.

The collection comes in four distinct colour schemes - Forces Blue, Maroon, Green and Red - and takes inspiration from the brand's long and successful history in fashion tailoring, as well as it's knowledge of golf apparel.

Oscar Jacobson SS19 Collection

Premium Polos

The SS19 features a range of polo shirts to suit the needs of all different types of golfers. The athletic styled Chap and Chester models featuring elastane stretch and anti-wrinkle performance, whilst the timeless Darcy is durable, vibrant and has a luxurious feel.

The Leonard Course, Boston Course and Aston Course all utilise a Japanese Toray fabric which can offer anti-penetration and air permeability. The FieldSensor yarn is extremely fine yet also provides golfers with UV protection and humidity control.

Performance Pullovers

Unless you are one of the lucky few to be able to play golf in a t-shirt all year round, having an extra layer with you can come in very handy.

The Waldorf melange sweater is perfect for when another layer is needed on cooler days and can be matched up with any of the collection' polo shirts. Made with luxurious Egyptian cotton, it boasts a half-zip design with the metal logo on the chest.

The Bob sleeveless zipped sweater is lightweight and soft, whilst the Hawkes zip-neck jersey and Hoff zip-neck sleeveless jersey deliver comfort and a modern fit, allowing for a full range of movement during the swing.

The Rast round neck sweater features fashion detailing with contrasting sleeves, while the T-neck Orson offers durability and protection from the wind.

Merino Collection

There are a variety of styles on offer for the pullovers and sweaters, with a number of different colours available in the Cashwool merino wool classic V-neck Wyatt, and quarter-zip Heron. The Rutger classic V-neck slipover joins these two to complete the Cashwool line-up.

Outerwear

Anyone who's ever played golf in Britain will know that the weather can take a turn for the worse in an instant, and so you need to be suitably prepared. Oscar Jacobson say that their outerwear options can protect you from the elements without affecting your golf game.

The Matt Course is a lightweight 3-layer soft shell jacket, with 4-way high stretch ability, and advanced cut lines to provide the ultimate fit. The Donovan knitted jersey is both wind-proof and shower-proof, with full stretch for maximum freedom of movement. The Centurion is a lightweight vest with the same 3-layer, 4-way stretch fabric seen in the Matt Course.

If you're someone who likes to blend your golfwear and streetwear, the Ross Course Hybrid jacket has a Primaloft filled body the knitted, stretch sleeves will look just as good on the course as it would in the city. The same applies to the stylish Liner, a lightweight vest in woven fabric with a light padding.
