If you've kept an eye on Cobra's most recent product releases then you'll probably have seen that they have not been afraid to add in some innovative new technology to their products - from 3D Printed putters to Radial Weighting in their Radspeed Drivers.

Their latest innovation is to introduce a striking copper finish to the new King RF Forged MB irons, inspired by Rickie Fowler, and the King Forged TEC.

The copper versions offer the same performance technologies as the chrome models, but with a look which Cobra says is sure to turn heads on the golf course.

The RF Forged irons are an 'evolution' of the limited-edition RF Proto irons introduced earlier this year...

The irons feature a special RF logo on the toe to indicate Rickie Fowler's involvement in the iron's shaping and design, as well as the choice of finish.

Each clubhead has been forged five times from a 1025 carbon steel to deliver the softest feel as desired by better players, whilst each face and groove has been CNC milled to maximise trajectory and spin control.

Similar to Rickie's actual irons, the irons are fitted with a tungsten toe weight to optimally position the CG behind the sweet spot, again improving feel and providing more stability.

Available from March 12th, the King RF Forged MB irons are priced at £1099 and are available in 4-PW in copper, RH only, with a KBS C-Taper shaft and Lamkin Crossline Connect grips.

Cobra King Forged TEC Copper Irons

If you want the precision and feel of a compact iron, but with a little more distance thrown in too, the new King Forged TEC Copper may be for you.

The design features a fully hollow construction in a shape that resembles a classic muscleback, which will appeal to better players.

The hollow core has foam microspheres to provide a soft feel and fine-tune the sound for a solid, classic acoustic right through the set.

The irons feature a forged Pwrshell face insert to maximise launch and speed across the face for more consistent results.

An internal tungsten toe weight makes the head more stable when balls are struck from the toe, and helps to centre the CG for more precision along with added forgiveness.

Cobra King Copper Irons

Available in variable length shafts, the King Forged TEC Copper irons come in 4-PW in right and left handed at an RRP of £999, with graphite shaft options also available. If the Copper finish is not for your taste, the chrome versions of the Forged TEC irons are still available in both variable and one length irons.
