“Our brand has been heralded for redefining comfort and now we’re taking that to the next level.” Ecco's Michael Waack is talking about the limited-edition Ecco BIOM Zero shoe, Ecco's lightest, most minimal shoe design ever.

Weighing less than 10 ounces, the BIOM Zero features a simple, Hydromax, Caldera Leather upper atop of Ecco's familiar Street outsole. The low-profile design is designed to "feels like wearing nothing and playing barefoot" said Waack.

Ecco's BIOM technology offers an anatomical design that promotes the natural motion of you feet. Beyond that, Ecco removed the heel from the shoe, hence the Zero in the name BIOM Zero, allowing a golfer's foot to sit flat to the ground and give the feeling of playing almost barefoot.

Ecco's dynamic traction system, or E-dts, combines with a direct-injected construction to offer players a flexible shoe that offers on and off-course style and comfort.
