The 2007 version of the Titleist ProV1 is the third generation of this golf ball and there are some improvements, but the changes are not as great as with the new version of the ProV1x.
The Titleist ProV1 still gives you the excellent feel around the green and we found the slightly higher trajectory meant for some great carry downwind.
The modified dimple pattern probably helps with the stability but is was difficult to tell.
It's very hard to improve on the last version but this Titleist ProV1 golf ball seems a little better and still certainly the ball to beat.
