Who? 28 year-old American Scottie Scheffler.
What? The 2024 Olympics Golf Gold medal, his seventh win of 2024 and first Olympic medal.
Where? Albatros Course, Le Golf National, Guyancourt, France.
How? Scheffler's incredible season continued with a stunning Gold medal at Le Golf National, with the American coming from behind to fire a final round of 62 to take victory. He started the final day outside of the medals and looked out of contention when Jon Rahm opened a four shot lead on the front nine, but Scheffler fired back with a closing nine of 29 whilst Rahm faltered, before Tommy Fleetwood's late bogey gave Scheffler the win.
