Who? 27 year-old New Zealander Lydia Ko.

What? The 2024 AIG Women's Open, her third major victory.

Where? The Old Course, St Andrews, Fife, Scotland

How? Just a few weeks after winning Olympic Gold, Ko won her first major title for eight years with victory in St Andrews. Ko was three strokes behind the lead heading into the final round on Sunday, but fired a final round of 69 to overtake Jiyai Shin, Lilia Vu and Nelly Korda to set the clubhouse target. World Number One Korda had a two stroke lead with five holes to play, but a double bogey on the par 5 14th and a bogey on the 17th derailed her chances.
