What? The 2021 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, his eighth European Tour victory.

Where? Old Course at St Andrews, Fife, Scotland.

How? On his 34th birthday, Danny Willett picked up his first victory in more than two years with a closing 68 on the Old Course, fighting off the challenge of the likes of Shane Lowry and Tyrrell Hatton. The Englishman started fast with three birdies in his first five holes, before eight closing pars was enough to keep a comfortable lead on a blustery day.
