As the world's first talking GPS device the GolfBuddy Voice took the world of Golf GPS devices to a new level. We liked the Voice but did have some suggestions for a second generation model (read our review here). It appears that GolfBuddy listened.

GolfBuddy now has a new Voice, the GolfBuddy Voice+. Weighing just 30 grams and measuring 4.3cm x 4.3cm, the Voice+ has several new features.

One key upgrade on the Voice+ is its ability to display three distances - front, middle, back - simultaneously on the screen.

Another new feature is the ability to use the Voice+ as a watch. The unit comes packaged with a silicone wristband (photos here) that can fit the Voice+, providing golfers with a different option to clipping it on their bag, cap or belt.

Preloaded with over 36,000 courses, the Voice+ features Dynamic Green Technology, a digital clock, 12 language settings, yard or meter readings and no annual membership fees or download costs.

Harry Jung, president of GolfBuddy, says “The GolfBuddy Voice+ is another example of our commitment to offering golfers the most feature-rich products in the market without any long-term subscription or membership commitments or additional fees.”

The GolfBuddy Voice+ will be in shops from March and has an RRP of £159.
