The Adams Speedline Super S fairway wood is designed to question whether you actually need a driver.

Adams say the Super S fairway is the longest stainless steel fairway wood the company has made to date. With a new head design and cut-thru technology, it is engineered to be easier to hit and launch higher.

The first thing most people will note about the Super S fairway is the refined Crown Slot. It has been designed specifically to increase launch angle, by up to 20% claims Adams. The slot, that was first used in the Speedline F11 fairway, has been refined and upgraded. The new slot is thinner, deep and longer heel to toe.

Add to the Crown Slot, a Cut-Thru Slot in the sole of the club, and the Super S is built for increased ball speeds. The Cut-Thru sole slot creates a hotter face that increases the club's CT (or Characteristic Time) to 230, similar to most drivers.

The matte white crown colour and graphics are designed to improve the look at address, and make the club look visibly larger and inspire confidence. The black PVD face contrasts the white colour to make the Super S fairway easier to align.

Each Adams Speedline Super S fairway wood is completed with a Matrix Radix S-60 graphite shaft and Adams Tour Elite grip.
