The Woodhall Spa Hotchkin golf course is built on sandy soil which allows for year round play and is one of Britain's finest courses. Set amongst banks of gorse and broom, backed up with layered canopies of oak, fir and towering silver birch and inland encapsulated all upon a glorious carpet of heather, the natural beauty of this Lincolnshire oasis serves only to emphasise this famous course.

Todays GolferWoodhall Spa might be the best course in the whole of England. Home of one Britain's - if not the world's - finest inland course. Woodhall has created just about every major amateur even since the great Harry Vardon worked his off-course magic and created only his fourth course at the start of the 20th century. An awesome test in tranquil surroundings which is a must play.
National Club GolferOnly your A game will suffice if you're to truly threaten your handicap. In the Hotchkin, Woodhall boasts England's very top must-play, out-of-the-way track.

Woodhall Spa Hotchkin Golf Course is a very tough but very fair test of golf. The course is a fantastic mix of trees, heather and loads of bunkers. Every hole was memorable and the tight finishing stretch through even more trees was excellent. The Woodhall Spa Hotchkin facilities off the course with visitors changing and large practice area were great, but arrive in plenty of time if you want to warm up as there is a buggy shuttle service to get to the practice area.
