Now placed in the top 75 courses in the British Isles, the Woburn Duchess course is a fine example of a course built for the thinking golfer. The natural characteristics of each hole demand a number of different strategies and provide a testing challenge. Slightly shorter in length than the Duke's, the Duchess course is cut from more formal pine forest. Its rolling fairways and subtle contours are deceptively landscaped to test the golfers full repertoire of shots.
