GreenFreeWhitsand Bay Golf Course boasts probably the finest views in the West Country and is an excellent all year round golf course. The hotel is a magnificent country manor overlooking the ocean with oak panelled elegance.

This course has improved greatly in the past 3 years. I have been there six years on the trot for a Spring tour and despite the hilly terrain always enjoy any game there. Whilst there are some holes where a errant ball can disapear over the cliffs in the main it is quite forgiving. The greens need some reading and the final hole is one to savour at the end of a long slog but again not as easy to reach the greens as it would appear. Full marks to the team for the work that is being done there
