Established in 1893 The Wanstead Golf Club is a Private Member's Golf Club that offers a warm welcome and a challenging 18 holes. Set in beautiful parkland, Wanstead Golf Club has hosted many of the major events in the Essex County calendar and is the home of the prestigious Armitage Cup. We are only a nine iron from Canary Wharf but you would not think it when playing our little oasis on the edge of the city. You will need a handicap certificate and knowledge of golfing etiquette, but we guess you would expect that from a long established club!
