Traigh Golf Course

Traigh Golf Course has been in existence since 1900 but the course that members and visitors enjoy today is the result of extensions and renovations carried out in the mid 1990s under the direction of John Salvesen. The course is built on a series of hills - originally sand dunes - and is an exacting test for golfers of all standards. The uphill, par 4 6th hole is the trickiest of the bunch with players required to play uphill and into the wind. A good and long second shot is required to find the putting surface. Traigh Golf Course is kept in wonderful condition and has delighted thousands of visitors with its classic links qualities.
