Even though there was a heavy frost on the ground from the previous night the Test Valley course played excellent with its well placed bunkers and lakes. The tees and greens were in top condition with the greens running true and fast. The Course has a couple of signature holes, but saying that each hole had its own individual character. Drainage didn't seem to be a problem here for all year round play. In previous years the course has played host to the Hampshire Open as well as quite a few qualification events. Off course facilities boast a 10 bay covered range and a short game practice area. You’ll find very friendly staff and excellent catering facilities in the Clubhouse.
