The Swanston Templar course was added to the Swanston Golf Club set up in 2008. It is a nine hole par-3 course with holes ranging from 80 yards to 146 yards. Set below the dramatic Pentland Hills the USGA specification greens provide a quality golfing experience. Ideal for beginners, experienced players or those looking for a quick game, the Swanston Templar golf course welcomes you all. The course can also be played as a 6 hole loop in 3 circuits to make up a recognised medal course of 3315 yards and a challenging par of 63, SSS 60.

The Swanston Templar golf course is the best 9-hole course in Edinburgh and a fantastic addition to the Swanston facilities which already include a driving range and short game practice area. This is no beginner field, but a high quality short course that we think better players will like too to hone their short games.
