For the people involved in the creation of the St Mary's Hotel, Golf and Country Club Kingfisher Course the development of an unpromising piece of land into a fine and challenging 12 hole course has been a hugely satisfying journey. For the golfers that have enjoyed the Kingfisher course it was a journey well worth taking. Three of the holes here, carved out of a once dark, damp woodland, have become perhaps the most talked about in Welsh golf. St Mary's Hotel, Golf and Country Club offers a full range of facilites, accomodation and the 18 hole Championship course in addition to the Kingfisher.
