A mature parkland and woodland course Sherfield Oaks Golf Club Waterloo Course can boast of several feature holes. Visitors will be tempted to start thinking of birdies on the first but an accurate drive is needed to avoid the dry ditch that crosses the fairway. With water guarding a sloping green on the par 3 fifth hole accuracy is everything. The front nine is considered the more gentle and anyone going for a good score will want to get off too a good start before safety and good course management take over on the back nine.
