Royston Golf Club's 18-hole course is set high on heathland with spectacular views overlooking Hertforshire and Cambridgeshire in rural East Anglia. The natural contours of the heath give every hole a distinct character with varying wind conditions adding an ever changing and fascinating dimension. Built on well drained chalk Royston Golf Course remains playable in all but the worst excesses of winter. The greens and fairways, matured and looked after for more than a hundred years, are the envy of many neighbouring courses.
