A public course managed by Ensign Leisrue Rookwood Golf Course is a wonderful facility that allows golfers of all abilities to pay and play on both an excellent 18 hole lay-out and to learn the game - or practice the crucial short game - on a nine hole pitch and putt facility. Proudly sitting next to the Warnham Nature Reserve wildlife is abundant at Rockwood while the course bases its main challenge on the mature woodland and water features that pepper the round. The course has twice won the International Golf Greenkeepers Golf Environment Competition and no mains water is used in keeping the course in the fantastic condition to which Rockwood Golf Course regulars have become accustomed.
