The most northerly in Wales Prestatyn Golf Club is a wonderful example of championship links golf with greens that are playable throughout the year. The course was opened in 1905 and has enjoyed an enduring reputations as one of the best in the area. At close to 7000 yards of the back tee Prestatyn is one of the longest courses in Wales but that is only to be expected from a links course that gives all who play it a thorough examination. The course is a gentle walk but has some excellent holes with the 18th, a par five, providing a fitting finale to a memorable round of golf. Prestatyn Golf Club has an excellent clubhouse and visitors will find a warm welcome.

Quality track, flat and original (that doesn't sound appealing) but isn't that what links is supposed to be! Prestatyn is an unbelievable course and for the price it costs it's a gem. The holes are different and present different challenges, a really good course , really good value and well worth the visit, couldn't help but be impressed with how good the greens and bunkers were. The food in the club house wasn't the greatest but the golf was amazing. Back 9 was really memorable, very tight and a pleasure to play.
