Pinheiros Altos is within the grounds of the stunning Quinta do Lago estate and recent extension work has seen the course extended to 27 holes. This means there are three loops of nine holes, Oliveiras (Olives), Pinheiros (Pines) and Sobreiros (Corks), giving an extra dimension to an already highly regarded layout. Many of the European Tour's professional use Pinheiros Altos as they're warm up course at the start of the season and those who have played it find it easy to see why it holds such attraction for the very best and the happy amateur.
