GreenFreeDesigned in 1927 by the famous architect James Braid, Perranporth Golf Club is a Championship links course set in the North Cornwall sand dunes. There are numerous immaculate, elevated greens which complement this natural links.
Where2Golf.comPerranporth is a lesser known marvel of English links golf. The sand dunes are impressive, requiring good shot making from the tee and onto the many elevated greens. There are quite a few shortish par-4’s and not too many bunkers, but with many blind shots on the way round a first visit may not reveal your best score. All around are stunning views of the sea, Perranporth village and its impressive beach and the rolling Cornish countryside. Not too many better views in golf than from the 14th tee.
Todays GolferHolidya golf at its best...fun, quirky and with load of intriguing shots. One of the region's leading links.
