Penmaenmawr Golf Club can offer stunning views as well as magnificent golf. The course has a trio of mountains as a backdrop and laps the coastline to the front making for a breathtaking experience for visitors. The course was built in 1910 and, although there are no par five's, presents a real challenge with dry stone walls crisscrossing fairways and the 5th hole in particular feeling a lot longer than its official yardage. Penmaenmawr Golf Club is famed for the wonderful atmosphere that visitors will enjoy both on the course and in the clubhouse. A local tip: The elevated greens are tricky to read but they all slope towards the sea! Penmaenmawr Golf Club is a nine hole course but the addition of extra tees makes the back nine a distinctly different challenge.
