Golf Course Says
Originally designed by former Open Champion Willie Park Junior in 1909 and then redesigned in 1937 by renowned architect and five time Open Champion James Braid in 1937 Parkstone Golf Club is a jewel of a course in the South of England. A traditional heathland course featuring heather and pine fringed fairways every hole presents a different and challenging test. Beautifully maintained all year round, Parkstone is a course that every golfer should play.

Media Reviews
Where2Golf.comWillie Park Jnr’s original Parkstone layout was mostly reconstructed by James Braid in the 1930’s to produce this fine heathland course. It deserves its 4-star rating especially when you come in late Spring and the sun is shining and the rhododendrons are in bloom. The greens and the front-9 do not quite live up to the splendour of the back-9. With occasional glimpses of Poole Harbour, it is easy to see why one of Parkston's former professionals (Peter Alliss) stayed for more than 12 years.
