Golf Course Says
One of the most established courses in the Algarve, Palmares was designed by Frank Pennink and opened in 1975. Since then it has become a must on the schedule of itinerant golfers visiting the Algarve as well as a venue for professional events. Five of the holes are real links challenges sitting proudly amongst the dunes with the fifth in particular a links challenge up there with the very best. Palmares has a par of 71.
