Where2Golf.comThe old Georgian mansion has seen better days, but Nizels Golf Club, constructed in its grounds is well worth visiting. Holes 1 thru' 5 take you around the perimeter, with the 3rd presenting one of the tough 'water' holes - water is not however an ever-present danger. Holes 4 and 5 provide the opportunity to survey this undulating course from an elevated position, and also take in the pleasant views of the surrounding Kent countryside. The Nizels layout maintains ones interest throughout, and while the bunkers don't present too serious a threat, straying too far from the fairways will definitely spell trouble - but then where is that not the case !
Todays GolferAn enjoyable inland alternative to Kent's links courses. Take plenty of ammunition: there are water features galore.
