Media Reviews
GreenFreeNewton Stewart Golf Course is an ideal course for holiday golf set in mature parkland with extensive views of the Galloway Hills and Wigtown Bay. Newton Stewart Golf Course is not overly long but all the holes are individually challenging, especially the five par 3s which provide great views of the lovely local scenery.

The best way to describe Newton Stewart is "a hidden gem", tucked away behind a housing estate. The course is hilly so if you’re not as fit as you should be a buggy would be recommended. The clubhouse is small but very friendly and they will bend over backwards to help you. The course has some wonderful par 4's and some of the best par 3's I’ve played in Scotland. The only way to appreciate this course is to play it and soak in the views as you go around. It is a great value for money course and I would highly recommend that you pay it a visit.
