Golf Course Says
Regularly playing host to national amatuer event Newport Golf Club has built a deserved reputation as one of the leading courses in South Wales. The club celebrated its 100th anniversary in 1903. The course is around 300 feet above sea level but was built on a plateu making it a gentle walking course. With the hard work of the excellent greenkeeping staff the course is kept in wonderful condition and is playable throughout the year.
