Muckhart Golf Club is considered to be one of the little known treasures of Scottish golf. There are 27 holes split into three sets of nine: Naemoor, Cowden and Arndean. Combinations of these provide three different sets of 18 that are used on a rotating basis with the remainining nine holes also being open for play. The Arndean section affords the golfer the finest views out over the Forth Valley and the Ochil Hills with the fifth and sixth holes the features of the nine. Cowden is the original nine hole course which has been pretty much undisturbed in over 100 year - why tamper with something so perfect? The Naemoor section is the latest addition to the stable and is a real challenge with no two holes running the same way. Muckhart Golf Club can provide a real and varying challenge for every golfer.

The three nines all start and finish adjacent to the clubhouse which provides a complete range of facilities, including the most important - a fully licensed bar and excellent catering.

27 holes of fun at Muckhart located beneath the Ochil Hills. You need to be straight off the tee and have a sound short game which should reward you with a low score! Muckhart is a good outing course and I will definitely give it another visit.
