Sitting atop the Cefnpennar mountain, Mountain Ash Golf Club can offer unique views and a unique golfing experience. You can cast appreciative glances at the Brecon Beacons all the way to the north and look down on incredible views of the Cynon Valley but never forget about the task in hand. At well under 6000 yards Mountain Ash is a short course but one which requires care and thought - and given the moutain location it is not unusual to find the weather - benovolent or malevolent - playing some role in your scoring for the day. Easily accessible from Cardiff Mountain Ash Golf Club also offers excellent catering facilities making it ideal for a golfing day trip.

GreenFreeMountain Ash Golf Club situated in the Cynon Valley is not a long course but has a reputation as a good and fair test of golf. Like many other mountain and moorland courses it has excellent fairways with small true greens. The course boasts panoramic views including north to the Breacon Beacons.
