An 18 hole course of Championship length Morley Hayes Manor Golf Course is one of the best courses in the area and has been designed to be playable for all whilst never failing to challenge the lower handicapper. With a location between the M1 and A38 Morely Hayes is perfectly accessible for visitors who can also enjoy the "Pavillion" clubhouse, the driving range and the par 3, nine hole Morley Hayes Manor Course.

National Club GolferWith the quality and quantity of the facilities no wonder it is defying the current economic crisis. In outstanding condition with particularly impressive greens, both nines begin in testing style. The last is worthy of deciding any match.
Todays GolferA little golfing paradise in rural Derbyshire. Something of a hidden gem and an attractive venue for all standards of players. The wind can turn a lot of usually straightforward holes into potential card wreckers.

Another lovely course close to Horseley Lodge and Breadsall Priory with a green fee of around twenty pounds. This course is in great condition with greens that are well kept, the greens are easier than the ones experienced at Horseley Lodge but it's still a testing course. Built in the heart of the country side with great park land views, Morley Hayes offers superb facilities which include a great driving range, 9 hole par 3 course and good food and drink after the round (a little pricey though). There are lots of water hazards which need to be negotiated during your visit. The wildlife is plentyful as the rabbits were everywhere and we even spotted a couple of deer on the course ! This course is worth a visit and I'm sure you wouldn't be disapointed although I personally prefered Horseley Lodge for the same twenty pound green fee on discounted times, but it's still worth a try!
