Montanya Golf Club

In the shadow of the Montseny National Park the Club de Golf Montanya is a golf course of rare natural beauty. Designed by the British course architect Dave Thomas in 1989 the course is a true example of the peaceful cohabitation of golf and nature. The L'Estanyal brook that traverses the course, along with some ten lakes, means the wildlife, flora and fauna on the course are simply stunning. The course itself has a decent mix of holes with the shorter front nine demanding a technical approach before the back nine offers you the chance to open your shoulders. The clubhouse is the prefect place to start and end your day, an old Catalan clubhouse where the welcome and food on option are simply remarkable.
