Golf Course Says
Set in 145 acres of gently undulating mature parkland on the North London and Hertfordshire border, Mill Hill golf Club is a wonderful layout originally designed in 1923 by the renowned architect J F Abercrombie. With tree lined fairways and water hazards the course presents a challenging test of golf for player of all abilities.
Media Reviews
Where2Golf.comOf all the hidden gems around London, Mill Hill must be one of the best in terms of course layout, great bunkering, lovely greens and overall course presentation. The only catch, if there is one, is that the course nestles between two of the busiest roads in London, the M1 and the A1. Traffic noise is therefore inevitable, but once you get past the third hole, it will be the quality of the layout grabbing your attention, rather than the receding drone of modern day motorway traffic. Mill Hill golf course must have been an absolute joy to play in bygone days; a superb layout in a tranquil and lush woodland setting. Nowadays some of the tranquillity might have gone, but the layout and the splendour of this parkland golfing venue remains.
Todays GolferNearly always in top conditionn and a great variety of holes.
