Todays GolferThere are no poor holes on the layout with the first real test as early as the second drive. This is indicative of the challenge - so bring your A-game! A perfect place for a weekend break.

Went to Hanbury Manor yesterday. I have always wanted to play the course but never got around to it. i have to say that it was a shame that the greens had been hollow tined and it did take us 5 hours to go round but what a great course . When you arrive everything about the place is impressive from the building to the pleasant welcome and efficient staff at the pro shop and the changing rooms. The starter was very helpful and gave us an in depth rundown of the course. Not the toughest of courses but a great day. I understand they do a Sunday special for £129. Well, if I had to play here or down the road at the London Shire there is no contest even if the design of the Shire is great, Hanbury is different class.
