Golf Course Says
Although only a mile from the Irish Sea the Lytham Green Drive Golf Course is very much a parkland layout and, although only 6,305 yards in length, it is a serious test for golfers of all abilities. With small and very well bunkered greens accuracy is at a premium with the 14th hole, Devil’s Elbow typical of the test. A long par 4 of 444 with a right angled dog-leg, out of bounds and a stream to the right, the postage stamp sized green is elevated and guarded by deep bunkers.
