Littlestone Golf Club

Without doubt deserving of its place in the upper tier of English golf course Littlestone Golf Club is a true links course that offers a championship test and an unforgettable golfing experience. The course inhabits a special piece of land between Romney Marsh and the English Channel - links land that could, over its years of formation, have simply being waiting to be turned into natural and classic golfing territory. Thanks to a micro climate that results in unusually dry weather the course is rarely closed, trolleys are allowed throughout the year and temporary greens and tees are not required. Littlestone golf course is a classic links course and the challenges that it throws up are of the same sort that a player of the quality of Harry Vardon would have met when he played the course. The course also has wonderful facilities and visitors are made exceptionally welcome. A tradtional members club Littlestone Golf Club only allows fourball on a Wednesday although the members also own the adjacent Romney Warren Golf Club where three and fourballs are allowed at all times. Tickets giving access to both courses are available.
