GreenFreeLetham Grange Resort has two 18 hole courses, set around a Victorian mansion, which is now a 4 star hotel. The Old Course, officially opened in 1987 by Sir Henry Cotton is a par 73 championship layout, while the shorter par 68 Glens Course opened in 1992.
Where2Golf.comThe concept here at Letham Grange is to be the premier leisure resort in the East of Scotland. The concept still has some way to go, with general resort upkeep and presentation not quite at the level of, say, Gleneagles. However what is clear, is the Letham Grange Old Course is a very well laid out and challenging parkland course, that has many admirers and has hosted a number of Amateur and Professional events. Water ditches play a key part on several holes, and the small lakes at the par-3 8th and par-4 10th, make these very memorable holes.
Todays GolferDon't be deceived by easy first few holes - Letham possesses its very own Amen Corner. The back nine at "The Augusta of the North" is one of the most enjoyable anywhere.
